Bradley Baker

Bradley Baker is the Managing Partner of HighCube, LLC, responsible for leading and implementing business strategy and strategic initiatives to produce exponential growth.

In 2014, Bradley resigned from GlaxoSmithKline to pursue his passion of personal growth and travel. He has touched and lived in all corners of the globe from the Islands of Palau to Alaska to the Netherlands.

His most significant experience was living in Palau for ninety days completing volunteer engineering work, designing water purification systems for the Governor. It is during these travel experiences that Bradley developed his understanding and passion for sustainability of the environment. He experienced first-hand the devastating impact pollution and mismanagement of resources has on the environment.

Before launching HighCube, LLC, Bradley pursued several entrepreneurial ventures including: co-owner of Cantina Bar & Grill; founder of RhinoHead Cigar Company, a custom label cigar manufacturer; and creator of ClicDose, a direct-to-mouth powder delivery system.

While developing the aforementioned start-ups, he has held various positions in the pharmaceutical and consumer health manufacturing arena. For 13 years Bradley held engineering and management positions at GlaxoSmithKline as a Business Change Manager, Value Stream Leader, and Operational Excellence Engineer. He has worked as an engineering consultant in the role of Sr. Project Engineer for Barry-Wehmiller Design Group and Amerilab Technologies. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from NC State University and is a trained Lean Sigma Black Belt.

Bradley resides in Durham, NC. He enjoys creating new things, auto racing, classic automobiles, and living in and experiencing nature. His goal is to inspire all to care for our planet.
