Bradley Calkins is the proud owner of two businesses in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He owns a bar in Saint Paul known to the locals as Calkins' Place. He opened the small bar in the 1970s after graduating college and moving to Saint Paul from the University of Minnesota.
Bradley met his wife, Jane, when she walked into his bar looking for a job as a bar back. The two were married about 2 years later and started planning their own small business together that would eventually be known as Minnesota Mugs and Shot Glasses.
Minnesota Mugs and Shot Glasses is a company that allows customers to pick out their favorite historical or famous figure from Bradley and Jane's list and have that person's face on the shot glasses, mugs, or wine glasses of their choice.
Bradley Calkins' love of american history began when he was a child and joined the Boy Scouts. He also loved listening to his father's WWII stories and eventually enlisted into the military right after high school. Bradley fought in the Vietname War and found that his love of America only grew upon joining the United States Military. Besides studying Business Management in college, Bradley also studied American History at the University of Minnesota.
