Bradley Dworkin

A lawyer and workers’ compensation specialist with more than 20 years of relevant experience in his field, Bradley Dworkin currently serves as a Senior Partner at the Law Offices of Dworkin & Maciariello in Chicago, Illinois. Commanding an impressive academic and professional background, Bradley Dworkin laid the educative foundations for his career as an undergraduate at The University of Iowa in Iowa City. During this time, Bradley Dworkin pursued studies in a broad range of topics, setting the stage for his graduate education. Upon receipt of his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Iowa in 1987, Bradley Dworkin gained admission to Cleveland, Ohio-based Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he spent the next three years studying all facets of the judicial system. In 1990, Bradley Dworkin graduated from Case Western with his Juris Doctor degree and passed the Illinois Bar Examination shortly thereafter. Since then, Bradley Dworkin has cultivated a high degree of expertise in workers’ compensation law and its application within Illinois. As head of the Law Offices of Dworkin & Maciariello, Bradley Dworkin serves the needs of those injured on the job, including back head and rotator cuff injuries, tendon injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, bone fractures, nerve damage, chemical exposure, burns, and other workers’ compensation issues. Owing to his exemplary performance in the area of workers’ compensation law, Bradley Dworkin has earned widespread recognition from colleagues and clients alike, with selection as a 2005 Illinois Super Lawyer. Aside from his work at Dworkin & Maciariello, Bradley Dworkin has taught continuing legal education courses through the National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services. A member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, Ltd. and the Chicago Bar Association, Bradley Dworkin lives and works in Chicago.
