I’m Bradley Hisle, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in both business and life—it’s that discipline creates freedom. I didn’t grow up with shortcuts or guarantees. I was raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota, by a mother who ran a small salon and a father who worked as an electrician. They didn’t preach hustle; they lived it. Watching them taught me the value of structure, effort, and showing up every single day—whether you feel like it or not.

From a young age, I gravitated toward sports. I played football, basketball, and baseball, but boxing was where I found my edge. The ring teaches you things you can’t fake. It demands focus, accountability, and a calm mind under pressure—skills I carried into the business world without even realizing it at first.

I earned an academic scholarship to Saint Paul Preparatory School, then went on to Minnesota State University, Mankato. There, I competed on the rugby team and helped win championships. But college wasn’t just about athletics—it was about learning how to lead, push past limits, and stay grounded no matter how chaotic things got.

After graduating, I founded Pinnacle Health Group—not because I had all the answers, but because I saw a gap in how leadership and company culture were being built. I started with zero employees and grew the company from the inside out. I didn’t just want to create a business—I wanted to create an environment where people could do their best work and still feel like they belonged.

My leadership style is simple: be consistent, be clear, and don’t ask people to do what you won’t do yourself. I’m a hands-on operator. I still train daily—mentally and physically—because I believe your outer world is a reflection of your inner habits. I meditate, read, work out, and reset. That’s not a routine—it’s my operating system.

Outside of business, I value time with family, live sporting events, and anything that helps me keep evolving. I stay away from politics and religion in my professional life because my focus is on building, not dividing.

Everything I do—whether it’s mentoring a team member, closing a deal, or coaching culture—is driven by one idea: growth starts within. If you're grounded, you can go far. If you're not, nothing lasts.

That’s me. I'm not here to play the part—I’m here to do the work.
