He began his career in Fort Myers, Florida, where he took on the role of Student Ministries Director at a local church, a position he held from January 1992 to November 2000. His organizational skills shone through in his ability to coordinate significant events domestically and internationally, attracting anywhere from 100 to more than 10,000 attendees. Upon his return to the United States in January 2003, he served as Assistant Senior Pastor at his former church in Fort Myers. Here, he contributed to substantial growth in church attendance and oversaw the expansion from one to five regional campuses. His leadership was integral in managing a major construction project and updating the church’s technological systems to enhance service broadcasting.
In 2009, he assumed the role of Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin, where he led a team that saw a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions.
