Robert Bradley

East Coast USA

I am a straight-forward and honest person with the educational background, skills, and experience to bring value to any company, especially those with large service components. I was raised in NJ, and was endowed with limitless energy and a great work ethic.

I self-financed my education, which includes Culinary School, an undergraduate program at Penn State, and a graduate general management program at USC's Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles. I was fully employed during the time I spent earning my degrees. I completed an ADA approved Internship in Nutrition immediately following the completion of my undergraduate degree.

I have held positions professionally as an Executive Chef, Nutritionist, F&B Controller, & F&B Director. I am a Chef Educator, and was the Director of Education at a leading Culinary School in California. I have additional Professional experience in Hospitality Operations, and Operational Finance.

Even when I wasn't actually employed in a position that dealt with Food or Beverage, I would always somehow continue to learn more about this fascinating field. I took trips that included the opportunity to learn about new great food or tour worldclass vineyards. I have traveled California (Napa, Central Coast, & San Ynez), Australia, Chili, Brazil, and France, and enjoyed learning about, tasting, and seeing the production of their food & wines.

I am married with three children. My wife and I have been involved with Foster Care for the past eight years. We count ourselves fortunate to have had 20 children touch our lives over this time. We made special bonds with two of these children, and have been able to make them part of our family. Nearly 30,000 adoptable children age-out of the system annually before they find a forever family; their plight is a cause near and dear to our hearts.
