Bradley Schwartz

Bradley Schwartz has practiced law in the greater Chicago area for 21 years, offering value-focused and results-driven insurance litigation defense services. As Partner with the 10-attorney strong Mordini & Schwartz, PC, Bradley Schwartz represents a wide range of individual, corporate, and insurance carrier clients. Consulting closely with plaintiffs, he has successfully brought hundreds of suits to verdict throughout northern Illinois. Mr. Schwartz began his career as an attorney in 1991 after obtaining a Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School. He initially served with Chicago-based Moss & Hillison, representing dozens of clients in trials throughout Cook County and the neighboring areas. In 1995, he and a colleague established Galvin, Mordini, Schwartz, & Meade, an in-house practice that exclusively handled auto insurance cases for the Warrior Insurance Group, Inc. After nine months with the firm, Bradley Schwartz and Mark Mordini left to establish their own diversified, defense-focused law practice. His current practice represents the interest of a large number of self-insured firms and insurance companies, including Founders Insurance Company, Apollo Casualty Company, and American Service Insurance Company. His team exerts significant effort in making sure of client attendance at arbitration and court hearings as well as finding creative ways of resolving litigation in and out of court. With a firm foundation in the nuts-and-bolts of trial practice, Bradley Schwartz has an aggressive approach towards client representation. Rather than cutting deals with court adversaries, Mordini & Schwartz establishes principles of respect, fairness, and accuracy throughout the trial process. A former Chairperson of the Chicago Bar Association’s Municipal Practice Committee, Bradley Schwartz stays active in the public sphere through presenting at bar association seminars on trial procedure and strategy.
