I recently began my first year at Ryerson University in the undergraduate Journalism program. I have a great passion for the written word, which led me to pursue journalism in my post-secondary studies. You may also find me working at Future Shop in the Customer Service department. As a young man, I'm a big aficionado of the entertainment industry, so to work with computers, movies, video games and the like is quite the part-time dream job!

Fun fact: You may be a bit confused why I have an Indian last name but look rather Hispanic (in the aside picture, from left to right, me, my cousin Vrinda and my cousin Govinda). This is because my father comes from a relatively small country in South America known as Guyana. Please note: this is not to be mistaken for the African nation of Ghana! Interestingly, Guyana is the only country in South America to have English as its official language, although you may not be able to tell from the thickly accented and colloquial style they speak it in! While my mother is a born Canadian, her mother and father originate from Scotland and Northern Ireland respectively, so I'm altogether a bit of a mix!
