Dr. Brad M. McRae is a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY) and the Chief Financial Officer for The Now Boarding Corporation. Based in a suburb of Washington, DC, Brad helps client’s solve their financial business problems. From finance organizational realignment to changing an organization’s finance enterprise resource planning systems, Brad’s helped clients achieve their strategic goals. At The Now Boarding Corporation, Brad oversees all fiscal affairs of the organization. Before working at EY and The Now Boarding Corporation, he’s worked for FOX Networks, IBM, Raytheon, and Paychex.

Brad has a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University, an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a B.S. degree in Business Management from Albany State University. His current area of focus is on non-verbal communication and the effects it has on leadership decision-making.

Outside of work, Brad has a variety of interesting hobbies. He loves to read up on current events, play video games, spend time with friends and family, and travel the world. However, his all-time favorite hobby is eating desserts and going to the gym.
