Brad Herrick
Depending on who you ask, I'm a lot of different things to a lot of different people. My employer thinks of me as an administrative assistant to the director of primary care sports medicine. Wonderful doc. Questionably dry sense of humor. Past colleagues thought of me as a Berklee grad that didn't quite make it as a music engineer, that somehow settled in to a graphic designer role with no previous experience. That was many moons ago, but I'm still trying to seep a little graphic designing into my current job. Designing pamphlets for a running injury prevention clinic? Check. My wife since September 17, 2010, thinks of me as her best friend and soul mate (I hope). And somehow her own personal Tickle Me Elmo. Strangely, my friends still think of me as "the music guy," even though my touring-n-a-van-named-Eugene band days ended in 2007. Playing in the middle of a half pipe in North Carolina? Check. In my spare time, I like going to the Garden to watch the B’s from Row 15, catching up on trashy television, boiling wort in a turkey fryer, seeing how long I can grow my hair before someone says something, trying to finish my masters degree (does a “certificate” count for anything?), and missing my nieces on the west coast.
