As Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed Prophecy International, I led a multi-brand, export-focused software group with operations across Australia, the U.S., U.K., and Asia, serving more than 4,000 clients including leading banks, defence departments, and Fortune 500 enterprises.

At Prophecy, I designed and executed a full-scale transformation, shifting from legacy platforms to a high-performing SaaS model. This included raising over $8M in capital, divesting non-core assets, and delivering five consecutive years of double-digit growth. Under my leadership, the company significantly expanded its global footprint, recurring revenue base, and market valuation, driven by disciplined capital management, customer-centric innovation, and go-to-market acceleration.

I bring deep expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams, creating channel ecosystems for global reach, and leading R&D-driven teams that deliver sovereign IP in cybersecurity, big data, and analytics. My track record includes successful deployments with the U.S., U.K., and Australian Defence Forces and integrations with leading enterprise platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, and Oracle Cloud.

Previously, I held senior leadership roles at Canon, Microsoft, Lenovo, Novell, AAPT, and Telstra, where I managed multi-million dollar portfolios, shaped pan-regional alliances, and delivered complex technology partnerships across APAC, North America, and Europe. At Canon Australia, I led a major business turnaround, shifting the organisation from loss to profitability while driving its transition to a services-led model.

I am a Member of the AICD, a member of the Forbes Technology Council and the Australian Information Security Association, and currently serve on the Board of Limbs 4 Life and as a Cybersecurity Advisor to Paralympics Australia.
