Brad Wright is an experienced and passionate Executive Event Producer, with over 25 years experience in the events industry. Brad specialises in conceptualising and executing unforgettable event experiences that captivate both Australian and international audiences.

With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for a diverse range of clients, Brad brings creativity, strategic event planning, innovative programming, and operational leadership to every project. From large-scale public events and vibrant festivals to impactful corporate launches and intimate gatherings, Brad has the expertise to bring your vision to life.

Career

Brad’s career has progressed from a junior production coordinator where he learnt the fundamentals of event management and technical production design to senior roles with North Sydney Council, Transport for NSW, and a Federal Government leadership role at Sydney Harbour Federation responsible for the events, programs, activations, and venue hire for some of Sydney Harbour’s most protected sites.

Throughout his career, Brad has cultivated strong and trusted partnerships with government agencies, landowners, production suppliers and creatives worldwide, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and creativity.

Projects

Brad has had the privilege of producing some of the largest, high-profile public events in Sydney including refreshing and delivering the major events of the 2013 and 2014 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, VIVID Activations in 2016, producing viewing sites for Sydney New Year’s Eve in 2019 and 2021, and in 2022 coordinating the “Your Street, Your Party” street parties for Investment NSW.

From large-scale spectacles like Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, to immersive experiences like Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Celebration, Brad’s ability to bring ambitious concepts to life is highly respected.
