Brady D. Beitlich is a healthcare leader with more than ten years of experience managing physician practices and advancing hospital service lines. He currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he is responsible for developing strategies to strengthen physician and patient referral networks. Holding a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Florida, he has completed several Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects. He has guided multiple teams in healthcare quality and process improvement.
Brady Beitlich was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988. He spent his early years fishing and exploring the waters around Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay. His passion for fishing expanded from saltwater to freshwater bass fishing and later to fly fishing during a trip to the Sierra Nevada in search of trout.
Brady attended Pine View School for the Gifted, serving as Class President in 2004 and graduating in 2006. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2010, taking on leadership roles in his fraternity, Student Government Productions, and Florida Blue Key. He continued at the University of Florida to earn his MHA in 2012 while serving as Treasurer for the Health Administration Student Association.
His professional career began with an administrative fellowship at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. There, he managed patient experience, customer service, and communication for the level I trauma center while completing executive-level projects. In 2013, he returned to Sarasota, obtained Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and led a process improvement project at HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital. Later that year, he joined Catholic Health Initiatives in Chattanooga, contributing to enhancements in surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow.
In 2016, Beitlich became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia, overseeing specialties such as neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His leadership was recognized in 2019, and he was selected for HCA’s Leadership Institute Academy. During his eight years with the organization, he launched a remodeled neurosurgery practice, generating approximately $3.6 million annually, and improved processes across other service lines to produce about $2.9 million in revenue.
