I’m living in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Canada and am passionate about changing charity to change people's lives. I blog about issues of leadership, management, fundraising and overall strategy as it relates to nonprofits at re: charity. I studied Business and Economics as an undergrad before going on to get my Masters of Nonprofit Administration from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. Spent a few years as the Director of Resource Development at a start-up nonprofit in Chicago called Spark Ventures and then for Opportunity International Canada as the National Director, Marketing & Communications. I work for a digital agency and web company working to empower people to act on the human spirit of charity. I also teach as an adjunct professor at the School of Business and Nonprofit Management at my Alma Mater.
