ABOUT BRANCHES

Branches Ministries began with the heart of Dwight Derringer, owner of Never Grow Up, Inc. He had a strong desire to go beyond a simple hello or handshake to really help the teachers and families he saw in his preschools day to day. Many of them had very specific struggles and some were just looking for encouragement and support. He wanted to do something to help meet the needs of these families and leave a lasting legacy in and throughout their lives. After sharing this vision with his wife Misti Jackson-Derringer, they decided to create a Christian Non-profit organization. From that point, Branches was born. They began receiving need requests and serving the staff and families right away. Through this ministry, they have uncovered even more ways to help by partnering with other local non-profits, fundraising and becoming more involved with the staff and families who work and attend their preschools. As co-founder, Misti is now solely focused on developing Branches and serving its community. Plans for the future include on site representation of the ministry as well as large scale events to bring the families together and deepen the connections further. Although Branches is still 'under construction' it's mission is the same. Rooted in HOPE, serving in LOVE.
