Robert started his career at Layton Blackham Insurance Brokers in the West End of London where he was a Marketing Executive focused on affinity marketing and personal financial planning. Some years later the business was acquired by AXA UK where Robert led the operational change workstream to bring together a number of businesses known today as Bluefin. Robert then became Bluefin’s Marketing Manager responsible for operational marketing, major affinity sub brands and national campaigns.

Most recently he was a Partner at Endorphin Consulting LLP and formed part of an experienced team providing commercial due diligence for a leading Lloyds of London insurance broker with an international presence on a significant potential acquisition. Previously he was involved in sales with the BMW group and in addition holds a BA Hons in Business Administration.

Robert's charity work has seen him run the London Marathon, cycle across Sri Lanka and in 2012 organised an industry led cycle ride from London to Paris for 22 people. He is a member of the International Childcare Trust Fundraising Committee.

Today he helps independent businesses that require marketing expertise but do not have the need for a full time marketing employee. The aim is to assist local businesses in achieving their goals in respect of generating new business, cross selling, developing existing relationships and consistently putting their customers at the heart of everything they do.
