Brandee O'Connor

My name is Brandee Lee, I am 27 years old, my family is German (despite my last names sound!) and I am first generation American. I’m a mommy to two awesome kids: My first-born is 6, her name is Kayeigh Rae and she is the girliest, most imaginative, sweetest, bossiest little chick you’ve ever met with an only slightly morbidly but also awesome sense of humor; My youngest is 4, his name is Jackson Marley and he is the most dramatic, outgoing, loving little boy (in a mean way if that’s even possible) with this great mechanically inclined mind (who hates getting his hands dirty) I’ve ever witnessed…They are also both freakishly good with anything musical (which they most definitely got from their dad because it equally most definitely did not come from me). We live very happily with my soon to be mister, Stephen….he is the glue to my daily means for getting out of bed, the cushion for all things I don’t want to deal with, the foundation for everything I get accomplished, and my best friend. He is also the loudest, most opinionated, well-educated, master of awkward moments, walking funny bone of a book nerd I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting…which is only a portion of why I said “yes”. We are a very happily blended family.

We live in the usually sunny state of Florida. I am currently a stay at home mom, am creeping my way slowly into the event planning world with a focus on weddings with the help of an absolutely amazing catering/event company called Wishful Concepts, I practice daily Yoga and am attempting to get back into swimming (even though I’m not in the least bit athletically inclined, and was practically voted “Most Likely to Die While Tripping Over Air” in Highschool). I love to craft, take the occasional bubble bath, write (obviously), read (as you will see), and do pretty much anything dorky you can think of. We dont watch TV in my house (because we are immediate addicts of all things lazy), but my favorite TV shows include True Blood, Sex in the City, & Dexter.

This is my life, and I’m happy….or at least I will be…I hope.
