I'm a computing professor and researcher living in the Atlanta metro area. Intellectually, I'm interested in discovering effective ways of handling text-based data and knowledge. I earned my PhD in computer science (RPI 2007) and completed a postdoc at Purdue University's Cyberinfrastructure Center (2007-2008). My primary passion is mentoring the next generation of STEM professionals, particularly those from under-represented groups. Let's work together to identify and solve those issues that most deeply affect our world.
