Library Systems Administrator in Richardson, TX
Brandi Rosales-Dawson has been in education for over 13 years with experience at both the elementary and secondary levels. She currently serves as the Library Systems Administrator for Richardson ISD. In this role, she works with district librarians to design and implement inclusive learning experiences that empower students and staff to think, create, share and grow. She also works with the district library technical services department to analyze systems and workflow maximizing their efficiency and productivity. She currently holds level 1 & 2 Google Educator, Apple Teacher, and Microsoft Innovative Educator certifications. In her spare time, she serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for the TCEA Library Special Interest Group (lib-sig), Chair of the Texas Association of School Librarian Professional Learning Committee and Texas Library Association Public Relations & Marketing Committee, as well as serving on the 2020 Annual Conference Programming Committee. She accepted and attended the Texas Accelerated Library Leaders Institute in 2018. Brandi has presented at TCEA, TxLA, and many local and state conferences.
