I'm assuming you want to know some more about who I am. Continue reading to find out things like:

• After building and installing the attractions at Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge Star Wars expansion (see below) I was hired on in an entirely different role as a ride mechanic with Disneyland ( I was able to give support with my expertise while also learning entirely new skill sets for one of the most well-known corporations in the world!)

Or that I spent:

• 17 years as a Journeyman Ironworker building skyscrapers and other multimillion-dollar projects like the Galaxy’s Edge Star Wars expansion at Disneyland, The Irvine Spectrum Towers andThe Ramón C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts, as a foreman and Union Steward. (I have proven leadership skills, project management skills and know how to solve real world problems all while trying to not fall to my death!)

And that I was also:

• Self employed as a self-taught freelance Graphic Designer/Illustrator. Owned my own clothing label and managed everything from customer service, marketing, fulfillment and, well… Art. (I taught myself complex Adobe Creative Cloud programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver!)

Who during part of his career:

• Provisioned emerging broadband technologies with both consumers and business partners at EarthLink Communications and regularly took inbound calls from end users. ( I learned how to handle irate customers and coordinate with other business contacts professionally and efficiently for a major ISP!)

But also worked:

• Cold Calling debtors to advise and collect on medical bills for NCO, and consistently hit quota every month. (I learned objection handling and used a legacy CRM to keep track of accounts that I owned!)

And was trained as an:

• Army Intelligence Analyst with Top Secret security clearance. (I’m great at prospecting as well as gathering information and analyzing it!)

And just for good measure:

• Spent a summer doing door-to-door sales with a promotions company. (My first exposure to the science and psychology of sales! I quickly became a top performer!)
