I am a second year student at Nottingham Trent University studying FdSc Artisan Food Production. I am motivated, enthuiastic, professional, organised and passionate to make a difference in the kitchen.
After completing my degree, I plan to set up my own microbakery (Brandough's) in the area of Spondon, Derbyshire.
