Brandon Metcalf

I have spent the last decade working in the staffing and recruiting industry, with a focus on using technology to drive competitive advantage. My journey in this industry began in Denver, where I worked as a recruiter and sales manager for a multi-billion dollar global staffing corporation. I then held various branch and territory management positions. My last role found me leading information technology and systems for a rapidly growing Inc. 500 staffing and executive search firm. In this role I was focused on strategy & management of hardware, software, database administration, networking, deployment and development.

During my time in staffing, the void in the market for a truly integrated technology solution became increasingly clear. I co-founded Talent Rover to solve that opportunity. Built on the Salesforce Platform and working with key partners to leverage best-in-class functionality, we have brought to market an unparalleled, fully integrated, intuitive, software as a service offering.

Since its launch, Talent Rover has received an outstanding response from staffing and executive search firms within the US and across the globe, triggering the team to focus our efforts on global growth, including opening offices in Dublin, Ireland and London, England.

I lead all aspects of the business, including day-to-day operations, product design, product development, sales, marketing, strategy and our global expansion.

I've lived in many places across the US and now claim San Francisco as my home. I love to travel, cook, movies, technology and family.
