Hello all,

My name is Brandon Shoppell, and I'm a 26-year-old Business Leadership Major living in Mesa, Arizona. I hope to secure a leadership role in a welcoming environment after obtaining my degree. To do so, I have emphasized strengthening my time management, critical thinking, and money management skills. I recently hired a pick-up associate at Fry's Food and Drug for part-time work to help support those skills. Juggling work and school has been challenging but has also been manageable and rewarding. The busier I am, the better I feel. I am excited to be a part of this class as it closely relates to my major and personal goals for my future. Business communication is essential for a leader to learn because of its advantage in understanding those they lead. I am eager to get into the content of the course and learn more skills to benefit my future endeavors.
