Working hard, playing hard. Often you would find me playing sports or hanging with friends but mostly perusing business ideas.
When I was just a wee young boy my dad put me into hockey, the greatest decision I thank my dad for. Hockey shapes your life learning leadership, teamwork, success, hard work, and dedication. Playing high levels of hockey has helped shape who I am, always pushed to be the best of the best. Playing hockey and being pushed to the top is parallel to business, always hard work and pushing to be the best.
Successful college entrepreneur treating business competitively like a sport. Managing foreman at Enviropaving. An eco-friendly resurfacing company for driveways, patios, pool decks, and walkways. The world is changing and people are now trying to help it. An Eco friendly product is the next band wagon many citizens are jumping onto. Having a green thumb helps drive people to taking better care of things in life, including our own Earth. A face paced environment on an Enviropaving jobsite is what every business needs to get the job done right and make customers happy.
If a customer is not happy, doing everything in my power to meet their needs is essential in business.
Past CEO of Measure Twice Woodworking, a small town woodworking business supporting its local community in Carleton Place, ON. Local entrepreneurs help but money back into your local community. By getting support from local Summer Company Student Small Business startup program, it helps young students guide their way through a startup of a new venture.
Everyone starts at the bottom of the pyramid. Hard work and dedication is what will drive you up the pyramid to the top. Being at the top is the dream for every entrepreneur! Working as a young laborer at Public Works of Canada is what starts my pyramid. Since then, going from grunt laborer lifting buckets up stairs every day, to small woodworking summer business CEO, to managing my own crew of workers at Enviropaving.
