Brandon Waddell

From my childhood, I have always been enthralled with the magic and beauty of photography. When I seriously began to study the art in 2011 I lived in Laguna Beach, California and worked as a lifeguard on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I would spend hours a day watching people; how we move and interact with each other and the world around us. It fascinates me.

Fast forward to 2013 and I am living in Los Angeles, moving to the city to pursue my passion of photography. Primarily I like to take photos of people and what I strive for is to come away with one frame that absolutely defines the person I'm photographing.

If I were any good at painting, my paintings would embody my passion and love for art and humanity. If I were a musician, I would play that melody and if I were a poet, I would preach it. But I am at home with a camera in my hand.

My photos have been used to market Montage Hotels and Resorts - a premier luxury hotel chain established in Laguna Beach and one of only six hotels worldwide to be the proud recipient of a triple 5-star rating.
