Brandon Daniel Fugal began planning his career as a student at Pleasant Grove High School in Utah. Throughout his studies, Brandon Daniel Fugal gravitated toward commercial real estate, particularly interested in office brokerage due to its ability to grant him access to industry leaders, such as CEOs and CFOs. By the age of 18, Brandon Daniel Fugal had already acquired his real estate license and began his career in corporate real estate. Garnering experience through positions as Senior Associate at Grubb & Ellis/Wallace Associates and Vice President of Utah Realty Group, Brandon Daniel Fugal helped co-found the Salt Lake City office of Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) in 1998. Currently, Brandon Daniel Fugal functions as Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Services at CBC. Earning recognition as the top agent for CBC, Brandon Daniel Fugal has aided in setting record sales for the Salt Lake City office, which has ranked as the number one CBC office for the past eight years. Among his many responsibilities, Brandon Daniel Fugal focuses on the development and sale of large corporate centers and office parks. Additionally, Brandon Daniel Fugal represents corporate clients on local and national levels, including Charles Schwab & Co, Inc., Novell, Inc., The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, and the Workers Compensation Fund. Recognized by Real Estate Forum as one of the top 40 Under Forty and distinguished by Utah Business as one of the 100 Most Influential People, Brandon Daniel Fugal has leased over 5 million square feet and closed over 1000 transactions during the past 5 years of his career. Among these, Brandon Daniel Fugal directed the leasing processes for numerous office buildings, such as The Towers at South Towne, the Sandy City Centre, and Canyon Park Technology Center. Additionally, Brandon Daniel Fugal facilitated the sale of the Cottonwood Corporate Center for $100 million and the Embassy Suites/Convention Center for $100 million. In addition to his successful real estate career, Brandon Daniel Fugal nurtures his love for music through his band, Supplicant, which has recently signed with StarPointe Records. Brandon Daniel Fugal also enjoys learning about technology, architecture, current events, and reading, counting Titan: The Life of John D. Rockefeller, Sr. among his favorite books, along with spending time with his wife, Lacey Fugal, and 4 children.
