Brandon Hoover is a Director of Technology, an Apple Distinguished Educator, Apple Professional Development Specialist, and COETAIL instructor. He is also co-founder of Innovative Professional Development.

He spent two decades in international education in Indonesia and the Philippines, having returned to the U.S. in 2022.

Brandon is also a passionate photographer with works published worldwide and exhibitions shown in the U.S. and Asia. His photos and writing have been published on CNN International, Yahoo!, and the United Nations.

He attained degrees in Engineering and Industrial Design with a Fine Arts major and a master's in education.
