I believe longterm success can be achieved by following three simple rules.

1. Don't get greedy: Know the difference between your needs and your wants before you start.
2. Always extend the game: You can't win, if the game is over.
3. Always have an exit strategy: I'm not talking cutting and running. But at some point in life you're not going to be doing what you're doing right now, and you much rather that be your choice than someone else's.

Everyday, I get to speak to smart people. Entreprenuers, Small business owners, and business decision makers, all trying to grow their businesses. Then I get to make suggestions on how to help them make that growth happen. I love my job.
