Brandon Torres Declet

I’m Brandon Torres Declet, a technology executive, entrepreneur, founder, board director, and advisor based in Washington, D.C. I have spent more than 20 years working across robotics, drones, autonomous systems, defense technology, aviation, and emerging technology.

Much of my career has focused on taking ambitious ideas and figuring out how to make them work in the real world. I have built and led companies, brought emerging technologies to market, worked through acquisitions and periods of growth, and advised organizations and leadership teams navigating complex decisions.

I founded MEASURE, an aerial intelligence company focused on practical applications for commercial drone technology. My work has since taken me deeper into robotics and autonomous systems, including edge autonomy, physical AI, autonomous navigation, and technology designed to operate in complex and disconnected environments.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked in national security and public policy, including roles with the NYPD Counter Terrorism Bureau and the U.S. Congress. That experience continues to shape how I think about the intersection of technology, business, policy, and national security.

I’m especially interested in robotics, drones, defense technology, startups, and the challenge of turning promising technology into something genuinely useful. Outside of work, I enjoy running and spending time with my family.
