Brandy Gros

Dr. Brandy Gros is an accomplished academic and leader, earning her PhD in Educational Leadership and Research from Louisiana State University in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Buffalo State College, where she developed a foundational understanding of social justice and community needs, and a Master of Arts in Post-Secondary Educational Leadership in Student Affairs from San Diego State University, equipping her with essential skills in fostering student success.

With 15 years of extensive experience in higher education, Brandy has worked in diverse educational environments, including community colleges that serve a broad range of students, a flagship university that sets the standard for academic excellence, and the Louisiana State Department of Education, where she focused on data and statewide educational initiatives.

Brandy is deeply committed to advocating for college access and success among disadvantaged populations, particularly first-generation college students and those with basic needs insecurities.
