In the past, I worked as a sales engineer of Volvo Construction Equipment. I gave support and training for clients and sales people and there I gained experience in the field of customer service. I am currently working as a Portuguese Teacher, which gives me direct contact with people from different nationalities. I enjoy working directly with the public and I love teaching.
