I am a graduate of UC Berkeley, where I was awarded a full scholarship from the US Navy. In May 2012, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and earned my commission to the Navy.
I earned my Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) and Engineering Officer of the Watch (EOOW) qualifications during my first sea tour aboard USS ARLEIGH BURKE (DDG 51). For my second sea tour, I performed Assistant Operations Officer duties as an Amphibious Squadron's N3A.
After honorably completing my naval service, I was fortunate to intimate myself with the private sector through a role at a tech start-up and a role in principal-level development. I later joined the Professional Development team at a big law firm while attending part-time law school.
As a full-time law school student, I have worked as a Student Associate for SCU Law's Entrepreneur's Law Clinic as well as a Policy Research Fellow for the Panetta Institute.
In my free time, I am a foodie, a runner, a baker, and a disciple of yoga.
