Brenda Castellanos


I am an enthusiastic, result driven professional, highly focused, used to work cooperatively on a team as well as independently, multi-tasking, organized and out of the box thinker, with more than 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources.

Through my career, I have gained solid experience in several areas of HR, specializing myself in recruitment (from entry to executive roles); I have worked for different size corporate environments in several industries, and currently I am working for Llegar más lejos, a Mexican firm focused in Hunting Mexican Talent for linking them with better Job Opportunities. (In México and Abroad).

It was back in 1999 when I had my first experience in the Human Resources department, while I was working as the Finance Assistant for an Insurance company called Chubb of Mexico; I knew from the very first moment that linking people with job opportunities is what I was meant to do in my life.

I consider myself a professional, deeply engaged with customer’s needs and focused in talent seeking. I am convinced that ideal employees actually exist for ideal jobs, and I am constantly looking to join them.

I feel successful when my customers (companies or job searchers) are successful; and I feel deeply honoured doing this wonderful job, because every day I find new ways of leading people to change their lives. Thank God for that!
