Brenda A. Delaney is the President of Mediagenics Marketing, a digital media marketing and public relations firm known for its creative development and strategic press relations. Through her company, Brenda has worked with a diverse range of clients including corporate and nonprofit organizations, musicians, producers, directors, photographers, designers, theaters, event marketers, and digital content creators—delivering impactful campaigns that bridge storytelling with visibility.

With over three decades of experience in the media and marketing industry, Brenda has built a reputation as a savvy consultant and accomplished publicist. She specializes in elevating brands through social media PR, compelling advertising campaigns, and high-profile special events. Her expertise spans the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies, press releases, electronic press kits (EPKs), business plans, and website content, including newsletters, e-blasts, and company profiles. In addition, she brings a strong background in market research, sponsorship development, and project coordination, overseeing every detail from concept to execution.

Brenda’s career began in New York City, where she was recruited as an executive assistant for some of the world’s most prestigious Fortune 500 companies. Her professional experience includes roles with Salomon Brothers, Shearson Lehman Hutton, Smith Barney, Ernst & Young, Bank of China, Rogers & Cowan, Halston-Borghese, Calvin Klein, KPMG, and the Council on Foreign Relations, where she worked alongside former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. She also supported James D. Wolfensohn during his tenure as the President of the World Bank and then chairman of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC.

Throughout her career, Brenda has produced and coordinated major corporate and charitable events for organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Hedge Fund Cares/Wall Street, the Wall Street Charity Fund, and the New York Mercantile Exchange. She has worked with leading media and entertainment companies including HBO, Comedy Central and KINGWORLD, Inc., and played a key role in the prestigious Angel Ball for the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research in New York.

Her work in the music industry includes producing live performances in New York, Miami and Los Angeles with top recording artists, as well as serving as project coordinator for the post-9/11 re-recording of “We Are Family” with legendary producer Nile Rodgers. Brenda has also contributed to a range of entrepreneurial and global initiatives, including the development of the business plan and logo design for World Pop Music (now a division of Sony Music), projects for ISP company PacificNet, and securing $2.3 million in funding for an agricultural investment fund in Argentina’s Pampas Prairie region.

Additional highlights include promoting a charity event for The Bobby Brooks Foundation and coordinating video production for TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System) during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

Earlier in her career, Brenda worked with Young & Rubicam Advertising in New York, the largest advertising agency in the world where she supported the executive creative director of the global agency and contributed to major advertising campaigns for brands such as American Express, AT&T, Sports Illustrated, Hyatt Hotels, Air France, Apple Computer, Hertz, Eastman Kodak, USPS, Clorox, and CBS Records.

She also served as Communications Manager for MAST Industries/Cygne Design, overseeing global production logistics for an international garment manufacturer. In this role, she coordinated overseas manufacturing, worked closely with U.S. Customs in the port of New York, and managed inventory reporting for major retail brands including The Limited, The Gap, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Dianne B, Casual Corner, Henri Bendel, Comme des Garçons, Krizia and Rei Kawakubo, among others.
