I am a native Washingtonian, born and bred, and I take great pride in living in a city of such intellectual power and professional accomplishment. I have spent several years learning about all dimensions of healthy living, and I advocate for a methodical, integrated approach to wellness and fitness.
My experience as a personal trainer has given me the opportunity to create a wide variety of exercises that can be used to help clients achieve goals such as: flexibility gains, balance and posture, strength, and ultimately weight-loss. My success as a personal trainer is largely due to the functionality and safety involved in my training exercises.
My background in nutrition and health coaching has allowed me to add a critical element to my program that helps my clients achieve their goals quickly. I joined the Infinity Wellness team because they understand the importance of a holistic approach to wellness.
