(Archived bio from 2010... I am a musician. I write songs, sing, play guitar and bass for my solo-band called Lack of Content. I have several songs that I'm polishing, hoping to have an EP out by the end of 2011. I graduated from The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ in 2005 as a recording engineer. I created my own small home studio company Parental Advisory Records. To support my art, I began going to school in Portland, OR to be an electrical apprentice. I will finish my studies this June and hope to take the test for my journeyman's license as soon as possible after that. To supplement my electrical apprentice income, I obtained my general contractor's license (CCB 188220) and created another company in 2009 named Rockstar Remodel. I had experience as a kid with my dad fixing up old houses and, later, with other experienced contractors who taught me the tricks of the trade. My skills include painting, sheetrock, kitchen/bath remodels, insulation, soundproofing, shelving, flooring, tiling, etc. I'm a native Oregonian and love living in Portland with my wife and two cats. I am environmentally conscious, trying to do my bit to make the world greener. I am a straight edge: I don't drink and I don't do drugs. Caffeine and sugar were bad enough habits, which I recently overcame. I've been vegan since 2005 but recently have gone mostly raw and have never felt better.)
