Brendan O'Shaughnessy

Hello! I’m Brendan. I’m a person who lives life based on firm priorities and values in all aspects of my life and I feel that you need to know these things before you read about me in a strictly professional sense. I grew up in a southern suburb of the Twin Cities and throughout my high school years I was engrossed in the music & multimedia world – from finding new artists to add my library to learning HTML to selling merchandise at shows for local bands. This was the beginning of my love for the more creative world. After high school, I attended Brown College to receive my Associate of Arts in Radio Broadcasting. While I was at Brown, I continued to do my own independent learning of HTML Code, CSS and general graphic and web design that I had started during highschool. After attending Brown College, I began my academic career at Dakota County Technical College for Multimedia and Web Page Design. And this brings us to present day. I love web design & development, graphic design and all of the like – it is my plan to make it my life’s work. In the mean time, I most recently worked at McCormick Computer Resale as a Documents Coordinator. As part of my job with McCormick, I worked as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 for the company and began training in Lean Six Sigma. In the near future, I plan on taking classes to become a certified Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. On the side I still do freelance web development and graphic design. In my free time I still enjoy following the music scene and enjoying the local arts in the Twin Cities area with my wife of just over a year. I also enjoy films, comedy and the outdoors.
