Brenda Runnebaum

Brenda Runnebaum, a trusted professional in the area of customer service, currently serves Jostens, Inc., in Topeka, Kansas, as a Publications Consultant and Customer Service Coordinator. Since 2004, Brenda Runnebaum has aided sales representatives and schools for Jostens, which provides customized yearbooks for clients across the country. As a highly motivated customer service specialist, Brenda Runnebaum works both independently and as a team member to resolve any issues in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the client. As a liaison between the production department, the client, and the sales team, Brenda Runnebaum must organize her time effectively and perform multiple tasks at once. During her time at school, she acted as Community Assistant of her dorm, West Hall, where she helped provide a safe environment for the women living there. Brenda Runnebaum interviewed applicants for other Community Assistant positions, answered phones, and provided keys to rooms and resident facilities. While finishing up her degree, she joined Capitol Plaza Hotel and Convention Center Topeka as a Housekeeping Intern and Inspectress; as such, she gave daily work assignments, set weekly schedules, and cleaned and maintained hotel facilities. She began her housekeeping internship in the summer of 2000, serving as an Inspectress during her last semester at Kansas State. To do so, Brenda Runnebaum commuted to Topeka on the weekends, going to school and working as a Community Assistant during the week. After just seven months with Capitol Plaza, she gained a promotion to Guest Service Representative and Night Auditor; in this capacity, she checked guests in and out and accommodated all requests when possible. Brenda Runnebaum also dealt with any issues guests had, made room reservations, and handled payment transactions. A devoted John Mayer fan, Brenda Runnebaum served as a JM Wristband volunteer before the entertainer's August 2010 show in Phoenix, Arizona.
