Brendon loves business and is focused on doing all he can to strengthen what he believes is the back bone of the economy: Small, Medium, and Mid-sized businesses.

He is a CEO, entrepreneur, systems thought leader, and business consultant passionate about working with companies to scale their operations with fully-integrated systems.

He and his team at Denamico have created a proven ‘ABC’ process to help businesses scale faster, by pushing them to nail down 3 things:

1) The key Data that will determine the success of their business;

2) The clear and distinct Processes that will speed up their product or service delivery, and

3) The integrated Technology Systems that allow their Data and Processes to be fully connected across the entire organization, with one “single-source of truth”, their Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

His mission is to help 1000 organizations "Scale Up" by first breaking-down silos in the organization and then digitally transforming and accelerating how they exceed the expectations of their customers AND employees.

Brendon is an avid supporter of education and child-related causes. He is a board member of Africa Classroom Connection, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that funds the building of schools in rural KwaZulu Natal, in South Africa.

Brendon’s favorite travel destinations are any good Ski mountain, Spain, and the two countries in Africa where he was raised, Namibia, and South Africa.
