Brent Carrier is the current president of CRE Development Inc, a real estate development firm focused on multi-family properties in metropolitan North American markets. Founded in 1997, CRE Development has established a track record and reputation as a premier real estate operating company focused on major U.S. urban markets. This national real estate development firm is based in Queens, New York City. In 2015, CRE Development planned a 13-story residential building and joined with another development company to build a 28-story 344-apartment building. CRE Development builds and redevelops office, lodging, and multifamily properties. For the moment they are primarily focused on targeting investment world-class areas, from Boston to D.C., all the way to California and Florida.

Mr. Carrier is a real estate developer with extensive experience and vast knowledge. He holds BS in Business Administration, Finance from Central Michigan University, and has Master of Science of Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
