Brent Xavier Angelo O’Neill Jr. known to everyone as Bo. Was born on October 3, 2022. He was 7 months and 13 days old when he was called home on May 16, 2023

Bo was the youngest of two older sisters, Mckenzie and Saige. His devoted parents Lauren Jasmine Rawlings & Brent Xavier Angelo O’neill Sr.

Bo was diagnosed with a heart condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Other than his heart condition he was otherwise a healthy beautiful baby boy. He was simply born with half a heart. He underwent open heart surgery at just 3 days old. Bo ran into an infection that caused complications and prolonged his stay, but Bo was a true fighter he survived fights that no one thought any baby would survive. Everybody would say he was a unique case, unpredictable. When it came to Bo, no one could understand how he did things and that’s because it was on his terms. He would take everything the Attendings, fellows, and nurses THOUGHT they knew, put it a bag, and throw it out. Bo didn’t follow the statistics of science. He wrote his own rules to healthcare. He taught Everyone so much. With Bo you had to whisper, because when you would say something around him in regards to his care, he was going to find a way to do the opposite. He was such a smart kid. He knew the difference between family and hospital staff. He had this distinct side eye with his feral brows that he mainly only gave to the hospital staff who approached his bedside. He smiled only for family. He definitely could tell the difference.
