Brent Potter

Based in Wyckoff, New Jersey, Brent Potter is a longtime Morgan Stanley technology professional who provides the global investment bank with vulnerability management solutions. He spearheads company-wide patching oversight for the information risk and technology program. Brent Potter’s oversight responsibilities extend to ensuring that critical corporate platforms have the most recent software and patches.

Mr. Potter maintains a strong focus on industry trends and provides key program stakeholders with actionable progress reports. Working within an inclusive, team-focused environment, he guides staff members in the Philippines and United States and ensures that security vulnerability issues are quickly and effectively addressed.

Mr. Potter maintains a strong community profile and has volunteered time and effort for programs that rebuilt scouting campgrounds and facilities. He provided organizational know-how in guiding small teams of teenagers and adults in undertaking general repair and facility update activities. He holds a BS in electrical engineering technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is active with the Open Web Application Security Project.
