Brent Ramirez

Performance:

Brent has been represented by the prestigious talent agency, KSR, and has had the privilege of performing many incredible roles. His favorites include: Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde in JEKYLL & HYDE THE MUSICAL, Claudio in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, Mitch Mahoney in THE 25TH ANNUAL... SPELLING BEE, and John Proctor in THE CRUCIBLE to name a few. He has also performed in two seasons of California’s Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival.

Brent has over 10 years of hands on experience, scholastic and technical education at California Lutheran University, and private instruction from Broadway veterans such as Julia Gregory and Joshua Finkle.

Brent is very well known in the Conejo Valley and has worked extensively with Young Artists Ensemble, SAVE Theatre, Conejo Players, High Street Arts Center, Hillcrest Center of the Arts, and the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

Teaching:

Brent has been teaching performance technique since he was 16. He has directed and assistant directed countless plays and one-acts. In 2009 he was the Musical Director for the Westlake High School production of GREASE. Since then, he has been a mentor and coach to amateurs and professionals alike. He specializes in audition technique and knows what it takes to get the part.
