Brent Tilson

Brent R. Tilson is CEO and co-founder of Tilson HR, Inc. and its subsidiaries and has been the CEO and President since the company’s inception in 1995. Brent, a graduate of Indiana University School of Business, began his career in the audit and tax divisions of KPMG Peat Marwick. In the early 90’s he started his own accounting firm specializing in small to medium-sized businesses.

He was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2000, 2001 and 2002, and was a member of the 2000 class of “40 Under 40,” an award given each year by the Indianapolis Business Journal to recognize Indiana’s top young executives. Under his leadership, Tilson HR was recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in the country by Inc. magazine in 2001, 2002 and 2003.
