There are a few things that I truly am passionate about in life. First and foremost is my wonderful family. They make every day worth going the extra mile!
Another passion that has inspired me is the development of human capital (business lingo) which really means helping real people affect positive change in their lives. Whether that is learning a new skill, changing their perspective of the world, or simply motivating them to take risks and attain greatness.
The secondary (at least as I consider it) effects of improving any business' employees are the impacts to the bottom line through increased profits, reduced expenses and losses, improved brand image, and so much more.
Ultimately this is why most companies choose to hire me, but I consider the primary impacts of creating an improved life for employees and improved culture for the organization as the greater mission.
