I am a scientist and entrepreneur focussed on improving human health by using deep learning to better understand genetic disease. I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto during which I developed deep learning methods to predict alternative splicing patterns.

I co-founded the startup Deep Genomics which is developing novel genetic medicines.
