I work in product management for the salesforce.com Social Customer Service team, based in San Francisco. Since 1999, I have worked for companies focused on social media, customer service, event & conference marketing, network security, and website development. My focus is leadership in product innovation. My approach is to understand the needs and context of customers and the market deeply, and to work in partnership with engineering and UX to discover the optimal product for the job.

I am a husband, father of a young boy, a reader, traveler, thinker, hiker, musician, and sourdough baker. I love innovation, tinkering with new toys, staying on top of trends (especially in technology), and spending time with my family.
