Brett Baker is a film, stage and television actor, with twenty-five years of professional experience, currently living and working in Georgia, Louisiana and California. He has dedicated his life to understanding and perfecting his craft. When asked about the acting process he states, "...it's important to self-reflect and meditate on my character defects, short-comings and flaws. It's certainly not fun to do, but in doing so, I am able to express what I discover about myself, into the characters I create. This is where life and my art intersect."Brett began acting at the age of 12 in Anchorage, Alaska. His early childhood success led him to Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA. He began a rigorous four-year training program in 1985. Brett was one of the youngest actors ever accepted into the Preparatory Acting Program.

He has supported and worked opposite some of Hollywood’s most prominent names: Jason Bateman, Melissa McCarthy, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicholas Cage, Kevin Dunn, Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Forest Whitaker and Jon Voight. Jon hand picked Brett to star with him in the film "Beyond." While filming together the Oscar winning actor became a mentor and friend. Brett enjoys playing hardened characters with complex emotional entanglements, and awkward comedic underdogs.
