Brett Coffey

As I enter the second half of this life I have allot to look back at and be thankful for. That starts wife my Megan my high school sweetheart and my two amazing kids. We are a family that loves to be together all the time. I grew up in Toronto Canada, were I developed my passion for hockey and fitness as a goalie and goalie coach. A true competitor that doesn't like to lose. Now living in Vancouver I've worked in the music industry for over 20 years. That recently, in 2012 all changed. See over the last 2.5 years we have lost 5 family members to health issues and the cycle has to change. I walked from a 20 year career to spend the last 6 months to be there for my Dad's battle with cancer. Now my journey has come full circle back to health and fitness. I have so much to learn in that arena. It is my true desire to be the example to my family and friends and anyone else that wants to be part of this journey. Without our health and well being what else matters. The first part of that health journey started in early 2012. We entered a 90 Day Fitness Challenge as a family and we were Canadian Champions that was a great beginning. Check out phase 2 of this journey!
