Brett Dennis

Throughout his career, Mr. Dennis has demonstrated a unique ability to grow the business of challenger brands and believes “it’s not the size of dog in the fight, it’s the size of fight in the dog that wins.” He encourages brands to assume thought leadership in the category, project their identity with the intensity and consistency of a lighthouse and always strive to be the brand customers talk about most.

Brett is currently Global Media Director, Microsoft where he oversees the deployment of media strategies and investments for Windows Phone throughout the world. His most recent accomplishment includes the launch of the new operating system in October partnering with four original equipment manufactures and over 10 mobile operators in as many countries.

From 2005 to 2010 Mr. Dennis served as Director of Media and Branded Content for T-Mobile USA where he grew brand preference from fourth to first among Hispanics and NBA fans, introduced media mix modeling to improve the effectiveness of media investments and reduced customer acquisition costs by introducing paid Search and Direct Response digital advertising to the media mix.

Just for fun Mr. Dennis served on the Board of the Audit Bureau of Circulation and has won two Effies, was short listed for a Cannes Media Lion and was concert promoter securing Pearl Jam, The Presidents of the United States of America, Bill Frisell and Ann Wilson of Heart for his son's high school fund raiser in Seattle.
